We are investigating possible breaches of fiduciary duty and other violations of law by the board of directors of Viasat, Inc. (“Viasat” or the “Company”)(NASDAQ: VSAT), in connection with the Company’s proposed acquisition of Inmarsat (“Inmarsat”).
